European Regulations

There are 27 countries in the European Union and nicotine pouches are not directly covered by existing regulations. That means they fall into a grey area and each country sets their own regulations. Canada

Japan

Nicotine pouches have become extremely popular in Japan. In most cases, the regulations for nicotine pouches are the same as for traditional tobacco products.
